In the event that you receive a damaged or missing product, please follow the steps below to request a replacement:

Contact Customer Support: Notify our customer support team within 72 hours of receiving the package by sending an email to claycuttersindia@gmail.com Please include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant images.

 

Provide Unboxing Video and Pictures: To process your replacement request, we kindly ask you to provide an unboxing video and clear pictures of the damaged or missing items. This is to help us understand the issue better and improve our packaging and shipping processes.

 

Replacement within One Week: We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you within one week of receiving the product.
